We hope this message finds you safe and well. We are reaching out to inform you about an unexpected service disruption affecting Nana's Weighted Blankets due to the severe storms that impacted the Hunter Valley on Wednesday, 15th January 2025.
As a result of the storm’s extensive damage, we have been without power since Wednesday. This has temporarily halted our production and operations. The extreme weather caused significant damage to infrastructure across the region, and like many businesses and households, we are currently waiting for Ausgrid to repair the storm damage and restore power to our premises.
We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause to our valued customers. Please know that we are doing everything in our power to manage this situation and minimize the impact on your orders and inquiries. Our team remains committed to providing the high-quality products and customer service you expect from us, and we are eager to resume operations as soon as possible.
